Soil type: Marine sand rich in white calcareous sediments

Altitude: 300m. a.s.l.

Vinification: Gentle skin contact for approximately 4 hours in the press, to extract color and aroma. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts

Aging: Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months
