During excellent vintages the wines from our best vats are dedicated to our Riserva, which ages for three years, two of which in barrel. Its flavour is more intense than regular Vino Nobile. It is an excellent wine to be served with roast meat, game and mature cheese.

36 months in wood (40% in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels, 60% in small French oak barrels)

8 months minimum
