Extra virgin olive oil IGP
“Olio extravergine d’oliva le Bèrne” is made with typical Tuscan types of olives, such as “Leccino”, “Frantoio” and “Moraiolo”. Olives are handpicked in November and then brought to the mill within the following day, so that they can be cold pressed short after the harvest. The oil we obtain is limpid, dark green, fruity. It also has well balanced spicy, intense and persistent characteristics.
It is very good to be served with raw vegetable salads, first courses as “ribollita”, pulses soups or grilled red meat.
